APPD administrative work begins.
8:00 AMUnauthorized vehicles will be towed.
9:00 AMParticipants with a vehicle pass may bring vehicles into the festival area.
12:00 NOONAll vehicles must be removed from the area.
The general public is welcomed into the area starting at this time.
2:00 PMFestival Begins
10:00 PMFestival Ends
The general public is asked to leave the area.
10:15 PMParticipants with a vehicle pass may bring vehicles into the festival area.
11:45 PMAll festival gear must be removed from the area or be inside a legally parked vehicle.
11:59 PMStreet opens.
Normal traffic and parking rules apply.
